Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo for marketing purposes. Klaviyo collects a customer’s email and telephone number when provided, collects information about the products a customer has bought and viewed on the Website, informs us when a customer opens an email sent from Klaviyo on our behalf, and collects other nonidentifiable information. Klaviyo also makes estimations about a customer’s location based on their IP address. When Klaviyo sends out marketing emails on our behalf, Klaviyo informs us as to whether a customer has accepted marketing communications to be sent to them or not and, and we follow the request of the customer.
Klaviyo does not collect a customer’s postal address, sensitive financial information, or their date of birth. Customers who wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us may unsubscribe via a link provided in the email.


Pebble Post

We use Pebble Post for marketing purposes. Pebble Post sends physical marketing leaflets to past and current Leesa Sleep customers. Customers may unsubscribe from these physical mailings at any point by calling our customer service team at 1-8443-353372 or by emailing us at support@leesa.com


Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook Pixel to customize our advertising based on your browsing activity. Facebook Pixel allows your browsing activity to be tracked. Facebook Pixel stores a cookie on your computer to enable us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. We do not have access to the personal information collected through Facebook Pixel. The information collected via Facebook Pixel, on our Website as well as other websites on which Facebook Pixel is installed, is also stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy. Facebook Pixel also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside of Facebook. You can opt-out of displaying Facebook ads by visiting your Facebook Ad Settings, and you can clear and control the information third parties share with Facebook in your Off-Facebook Activity page. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt-out of Facebook ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance (http://www.aboutads.info/choices/).


Google Analytics

Shopify and Your Financial Information

Shopify Inc.: provides us with the online e-commerce platform and online mechanism to sell products to customers. Some of your personal information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. We understand that Shopify stores your personal identification information on a secure server behind a firewall.
Your personal information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do Not Track

Our Website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals from web browsers. Process Used to Verify an Access, Correction, and/or Deletion Request

You will be required to submit information about yourself that Leesa will use to determine if we have information about you. If we are able to locate information about you, then we will fulfill your access, correction and/or deletion request. If we are not able to verify your information, then we may provide you with a report that includes the categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share.
If you are an authorized agent, then you will be required to submit your contact information as well as information about the Leesa customer for whom you are making a request. As an authorized agent you will receive an email confirming that we have received the request along with a second email asking you to fill out a certification form confirming your information and certifying you have the right to make a request on behalf of the Leesa consumer. Once the report is ready, it will be sent to the email or physical address you have given us, depending on the delivery method you choose.
