How do I track my order?
Our mattresses are made-to-order, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it's not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in 3-5 business days. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.
If you add in-home delivery & setup to your order, once your mattress arrives with our in-home delivery partners, please allow up to 7 business days for them to schedule and complete your setup.
What does the warranty cover?
Leesa offers a 10-year limited mattress warranty that covers the following:
- Deterioration of the mattress resulting in a visible indentation greater than one inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag as a result of an improper or unsupportive foundation or base.
- Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the memory foam despite proper set-up and normal use.
- Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the cover, including seams and zipper assembly.

How does the 100-night sleep trial work?
Every Leesa mattress comes with a 100-night trial. After 30 days of sleeping on your new mattress, if you're not happy with your purchase, the friendly folks on our Support team can help walk you through the process of returning and refunding.
Whenever possible, we donate any returned mattresses to a 501(c)(3) organization or one of our charity partners. One of Leesa's missions is to be a positive force in the world, so if we can donate a mattress in good condition rather than disposing of it in a landfill, that's the route we're going to take.

Your new Leesa mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. If your mattress has a defect covered under the warranty, we'll replace or repair it for 10 years. This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect. No deductible.
